Tauren Chieftain
- Currently has no name and no skills. He is a strength hero and has a long range melee attack of 128. Currently his only skill is his ultimate,
called Earth Splitter, but other than the name, it does not function
and there is nothing hinting at what it might do. The animation of the skill uses the same animation as his war stomp in ladder, so it may be some sort of AoE skill.
Bat Rider
- His name is Kahmeka and its been awhile since anyone has seen
him. He was around long ago, and now theyre bringing him back, much
like they did with the Invoker. Currently his skills have no
descriptions, but he has 6 of them and I experimented a little. They
all seem to be fire-related.
Skills:
Sticky Napalm:
It has a very short cooldown of 4 seconds. Using this on someone allows ignite to be casted on them.
Incinerate:
Can only target heros, has a fairly long cooldown of 20, and uses 140 mana. I assume that this is a nuke or stun of some sort.
Firefly:
This skill
is ridiculous, in my opinion. When using it, you become airborne and
can fly over cliffs and trees much like the necro'lics revenants. When
flying, you leave behind a trail of fire which destroys trees and hurts
enemies.
Single Ignite:
Seems to 'ignite' one unit that has been napalm'd.
Mass Ignite:
Works like ignite, but in an aoe around where you cast. Looks like this is an optional ogre magi ignite with or without multicast.
Fire Lasso:
This is the bat rider's ultimate skill, it grabs a hero like Rhasta's shackles and allows you to pull them around. The skill was taken from another old hero, Shaku the Rider. Using this with the Firefly skill, you can drag a hero over cliffs, through trees, basically all over the place.
I assume this hero will be revised because of all the ways his skills can be abused.

When used on a unit, it pushes them 500 units in the direction theyre
facing, and the effect is much like a greater bash. You can push
yourself, allies, or enemies, and pushes work over cliffs. This may
also be revised because of abuse with pudge or vengeful spirit; much
like kelens dagger. This will be harder to revise, however, since it
works on allies and enemies aswell as yourself. Making it ineffective
on pudge or vengeful may cause imbalance and will make the item even
more situational.

HERO CHANGES:
Viper
New skill, no longer has Frenzy.
Nethertoxin:
Deals more damage the lower the targets health is. Passive.
Level 1 - Up to 32 extra damage
Level 2 - Up to 64 extra damage
Level 3 - Up to 96 extra damage
Level 4 - Up to 128 extra damage
This skill seems to work like poison, the damage rises over time.
Troll Warlord:
Fervor's effect is now the same as Beastmaster's old Beast Rage skill, increasing attack speed by 20% with each hit, up to 100% increase.
Rexxar:
Beast Rage has been changed to Inner Beast, which is almost identical to the old Fervor skill, but slightly better. Increases nearby allies attack speed by 40% at level 4. (18% higher than troll's old fervor)
Razor:
completely redone.
New Chain lightning deals only 280 damage and only bounces 6 times.
Each unit hit by the lightning is purged. This also seems a bit
ridiculous.
Electric Rave: exactly like storm's old rave, 80% extra attack speed for 12 mana/second at level 4.
Storm Seeker: Every 4 attacks Razor deals an extra 30/60/90/120 damage
Ultimate skill - Unholy Fervor.
Adds 10/15/20% movespeed, however each nearby enemy unit decreases this by 1%
I havent gone through every hero checking its skills, this is just what i know so far.
So, discuss, I guess.

Now has a 10 second windwalk with 15 second cooldown that will be replacing Soul Steal.
Lina
Changed Ultimate (the 3rd skill) to Boost (passive) - increase Lina's MS and AS when she casts a spell. Lasts 6sec and stacks.
Sven
Storm bolt now stuns and damages in an AoE around the target unit (100/175/250/325)
Great Cleave - 20%/30%/40%/50% - this seems different to me
Removed devotion aura and added skill "W Rush" - An active skill used on any ally. Gives the unit an attack speed buff, max movespeed, and an armor buff for a limited time, as long as they are attackting the same unit. If they stop attacking the unit, or change targets, then the buff is removed.
Tiny
Craggy Exterior now adds armor, and works on ranged units as well.
Cranium Basher
Now requires a belt instead of a gauntlet
